If you are aged between 16 and 18 years old and want to see what life is like as a police officer then you could join the Police Cadet Scheme.

Not all forces offer the scheme, but at the time of writing, those that do include, Bedfordshire, Derbyshire, Greater Manchester, Hertfordshire, Kent, Lincolnshire, Metropolitan Police, South Yorkshire, Sussex and West Mercia.
